To lead with love from a pure heart, good conscience, and sincere faith. (From 1 Timothy 1:5)

To strengthen and unite women who are advancing the Kingdom through non-profit work.

To accomplish more for the Kingdom of God together by providing services, synergy, and support for women in passionate pursuit of their calling. We will continually and personally invest in the women in our alliance, providing the best and most innovative resources, trainings, and personal coaching so they will no longer feel overwhelmed, heavy-burdened, or alone. Our focus is on the woman and not the work, increasing their skill set and confidence so they can lead with a spirit of excellence, be fulfilled, walk in more authority, and pass on lessons learned to those they influence.
