Cynthia has 40 years experience in nonprofit management and administration. She served as President of the Center for Nonprofit Management, and has extensive board experience to compliment professional responsibilities and expertise in health and human service organizations; United Way, faith based organizations, private schools, community development organizations, state supported family and children services, literacy initiatives and regional programming.

Terri’s personal mission is to direct the called to lead with confidence. A leader in the marketplace and ministry for over 25 years, she has led an advertising sales team for a major cable company, served on a church ministry staff, and founded three non-profit organizations: Women’s Non-Profit Alliance, ProvenWay Ministries ,and Project EnterChange. Terri has mentored hundreds of women to fulfill their mission, and wholeheartedly believes in speaking the truth in love.
Trish began ministering to women over 20 years ago when God used other women to invest in her life. She has recently retired from the director of women’s ministry/leadership development for RockPointe church in Flower Mound, Texas in order to be available for other opportunities to which God is leading her. Her main passion is leadership/development coaching for women that work outside the home in entrepreneur or corporate settings, but she also enjoys speaking about using God’s Word as the greatest GPS navigational tool in the lives of ministry leaders and their flock. Trish is on the board of Peritus Partners Inc, and serves as an advisor regarding leadership and growth possibilities.
Mary is the founder of Lift Communications, a marketing firm serving nonprofits that don’t have the resources for a full-time marketing staff. She is also the Marketing & Media Manager for Unite Life, a digital platform connecting seekers with churches around the world. Mary loves reading, listening to podcasts, and baking bread. She graduated from Southeastern University with a degree in Journalism & Public Relations, giving her a permanent excuse to ask people to share their life stories.
Scott has served in non-profit and ministry leadership for three decades for organizations such as Hope for the Heart, Insight for Living, and United Way. Recently, he began a new consulting practice called FaithServ with the mission to Increase Kingdom impact through exceptional services and inspirational partnerships. Scott believes his God-given gifts and experiences are to be used for God’s work and seeks to serve ministries and churches alike, helping to increase their impact wherever possible.
