In our application process, we:

  • conduct personal interviews to determine eligibility
  • conduct a comprehensive background check on every applicant
  • request and check references on every applicant
  • bring all qualified applicants before our board for approval

The approved applicants go through a 3-part orientation where they learn about our terms of the agreement, our policies and procedures.

The approved applicants sign a service agreement becoming official Alliance Partners, committing to our financial and compliance rules and regulations.

Our new Alliance Partners receive two free coaching sessions per year, have access to webinars and trainings, and can be a part of small groups to encourage growth and sustainability.
