Our Sponsored Membership (or fiscal sponsorship) is for those who do not have their 501(c)3 but would like to receive tax-exempt donations and back-office support.  

If you are accepted as a Sponsored Member, we retain a small percentage of any donations that your nonprofit receives to pay for your IRS reporting. bookkeeping, and other back-office support. View/download entire list of benefits here.

No, first you apply and once accepted, you will be prompted to become a Sponsored Member and your $39 monthly membership fee will begin.

If your nonprofit is incorporated with the state, and you are using your own EIN, you cannot operate under our umbrella using the same name. You do have some options so request a meeting if you would like to discuss.

Yes.  If you are approved as a Sponsored Member, you will need to fundraise.  We do provide you with a customized online giving page, expert coaching, fundraising tools, and templates to assure your success.

Yes!  Many of our Sponsored Members have received grants.  We offer two grants each year (only for our Members) that you can apply for.  We also provide grant application coaching to increase your chances.
